We have a variety of care packs available at Emerald and Pakenham Library including:

Share the Dignity: Toiletry Packs

Toiletry packs are available for women and girls in need of basic hygiene products including sanitary items, shampoo, conditioner, and cleansing products. Bags are available for collection from Emerald Library.

Escape Bags

Non-gender Individual and Parent/Child Bags with essential items are available for people who are fleeing from family violence. The bags contain basic hygiene and comfort items. Bags are available for collection from Emerald and Pakenham library branches.

Food Care Packs

Cardinia residents can collect up to two food care packs from Pakenham and Emerald Library, thanks to the support of Bless Collective.

Food care packages are also available at Follow Blessed Collective in Officer. To book a time to collect a care pack from Bless Collective, please email info@bless.org.au or phone/text 0411 543 817.

Bless Collective also offer provide Community Meals from inside the Pakenham Library Complex on Thursday evenings. Food is served between 5.45PM – 8.00PM.

People are encouraged to call their local Cardinia library branch to check that Care Packs are in stock before visiting any of our locations.
