Your Health in Your Hands webinar series

Your Health in Your Hands is a digital health literacy program delivered by Good Things Foundation Australia in partnership with the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA). The program is designed to improve people’s uptake and confidence using My Health Record, supporting them to gain the essential digital skills and confidence to manage their health and wellbeing.

Digital Health Webinar Series

Between July and October, Good Things Foundation will be hosting a series of digital health webinars open to people of all ages across Australia, as well as a number of interactive, virtual group support sessions. The webinar series will also include specific sessions for older Australians, carers and aged care staff in regional, remote and rural communities.

Topics that will be covered include:

  • How digital health can make your life easier
  • How My Health Record puts you in control of your health information
  • Everything you need to know about e-prescriptions
  • Practical tips for finding reliable health information online.
