Name That Cow Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all patrons of Myli library branches.
2. Competition Period: The competition opens on 23 May 2024 and closes at COB (Close of Business) on 11 July 11 2024.
3. How to Enter: Submit your entry form with your suggested name for the cow at any Myli library branch.
4. Judging Criteria: The winner will be selected based on the creativity and originality of the name. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in the determination of the winner.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by a Myli team member after the competition closes.
6. Prize: The winner will receive recognition and the glory of having named the Poowong Library cow. The winner will receive a $50 meal voucher for The Poowong Hotel, located at 1 Ranceby Road, Poowong. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is valid for use in the dining room only.
7. Notification: The winning name will be announced on Myli’s Facebook page during the week of 15-21 July. The winning entry will be contacted by Poowong Library. 
8. Publicity: By entering the competition, you agree to allow Myli to use the winning name and your first name for promotional purposes.
9. General Conditions: Myli reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Myli’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition as determined by Myli in its sole discretion.
10. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
