Festive Season opening hours

Festive Season opening hours

Our library hours will temporarily change during the festive season.  

On Christmas Eve 24/12 and New Year’s Eve 31/12, our branches will close at the earlier time of 3pm.  

All of our branches will be closed on the following dates: 

  • Saturday 25th December – Christmas Day  
  • Sunday 26th December – Boxing Day  
  • Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December – Public Holiday  
  • Saturday 1st January 2021 – New Year’s Day  
  • Monday 3rd January 2022 – New Year’s Day Public Holiday 

Please check our website for individual branch hours during the holiday season. Our library branches will resume their regular opening hours from Tuesday 4th January 2022.

Kids Helpline: 1800 55 1800 

A free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25. 

Gambling Help Online:  Gambling Help Online is a free, confidential service that operates 24/7 to provide online support and referral for anyone affected by gambling.
