Libraries Victoria App

The Libraries Victoria mobile app allows our members to access their Myli accounts on-the-go, anywhere, anytime.

Through the Libraries Victoria mobile app, patrons can browse the full Myli catalogue, manage loans, place holds, renew items, manage printing, access our wide range of eResources and more. 

There are plenty of additional benefits to the app including the ability to link accounts. Families can link multiple Myli accounts through the app, making it convenient to manage the loans of the entire family in one place.

  • Where can I download the app?

    You can download the app via the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for Apple devices.

  • What can I do on the app?

    Myli members can do almost anything on the Libraries Victoria app. Members can browse the full catalogue, manage loans, place holds, renew items, manage printing, access a wide range of eResources and more.

  • Do I have to delete and reinstall the app?

    If you already have the Libraries Victoria app installed, you should be able to login and continue using as normal. If you encounter any issues logging in, you may need to delete and reinstall the app.

  • Has anything in the app changed?

    No, the Libraries Victoria app retains its familiar features and layout. Members can resume using the app as they previously did.  

  • How do I access my Myli account through the app?

    To access your Myli account through the app, follow these steps:

    1. Download the Libraries Victoria app onto your device.
    2. Open the app and tap on the menu icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
    3. You will be prompted to sign in with your library card number and pin/password.
