The new Phillip Island Library is located within the Bass Coast Council Shire. It’s a place where you can learn and connect with others in your community.

The building was designed by renowned architects called Jackson Clements Burrows Architects (JCB) and our library offers a welcoming space that is easy to use for everyone.

We’re also introducing 24/7 membership soon where you can become a member and access the library anytime, outside of staffed library hours.
